1. The Experience

Dezòd December is a curated group travel experience taking place in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti, December 17–22, 2026, presented by Black World Travelers, KAJE Travel, and Brock Promotions (collectively, "the Organizers"). Guests may select a 5-night package (December 17–22) or a 3-night package (December 19–22).

2. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to reserve your spot. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance may be paid in flexible installments and must be paid in full no later than 60 days before departure.
All payments are processed securely online. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Pricing is per person based on double occupancy unless otherwise stated. Single-occupancy upgrades are available at additional cost.

3. What's Included

Package inclusions are listed on each package at the time of booking and generally include accommodations, daily breakfast, airport and activity transfers, and the curated experiences for your selected tier and duration. International airfare is not included.

4. Travel Documents & Health

Guests are responsible for holding a valid passport (recommended validity of at least 6 months beyond travel dates) and any visas required for entry into Haiti.
Guests are responsible for any required or recommended vaccinations and personal medications.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the guest's responsibility.

5. Itinerary Changes

The Organizers reserve the right to modify the itinerary, event lineup, accommodations, or activity schedule due to weather, safety considerations, vendor availability, or local conditions. Where a listed activity cannot be delivered, a comparable alternative will be offered where reasonably possible.

6. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.
Bookings are transferable to another traveler at no charge with written notice to the Organizers before departure.
Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure may be eligible for a partial credit toward a future Organizer-hosted experience, at the Organizers' discretion.
Cancellations within 90 days of departure are non-refundable.
If the Organizers cancel the experience in full, guests will receive a refund of amounts paid or a full credit, per the option offered at the time of cancellation.

7. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat fellow travelers, staff, local partners, and host communities with respect. The Organizers reserve the right to remove any guest from the experience, without refund, for conduct that endangers or disrupts the group.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Travel involves inherent risks. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that the Organizers are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage except where caused by the Organizers' gross negligence. Guests participate in all activities voluntarily.

9. Photography & Media

The experience will be documented by photographers and videographers. By attending, guests consent to appearing in media that may be used for promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to be featured should notify the Organizers in writing before the trip.
